Shopping in Florence

If you hope to find cheap occasions in Florence you’ll be disappointed.
In exchange there are a lot of handicraft shops where you can find handmade jewels, leather objects and the typical handmade writing paper and booklets.. Leather wallets, leather bags, writing paper and original exercise books, these are the souvenirs that people often brought home from Florence.
If you prefer big names shops you’ll have a walk on via dei Calzaiuoli or in via dei Tornabuoni, where you can completely destroy your finances inArmani, Gucci, Versace’s shops. At least you can visit the historical street markets which are very choreographics, but nowadays they are real tourist traps. The most known street markets are the “Nuovo” and “San Lorenzo”: they still look like popular street markets but the costs are the same you can find in a luxury shop. Remember to pay attention to the prices or your wallet will pay the consequences.
